Sridhar Murthy
Managing Director

Mr. Sridhar has extensive experience in the management of large organisations. Sridhar holds a Master’s Degree in Transportation Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur with more than 22 years of total experience and 18 years of rich and relevant experience in the fields of Highway Engineering, Planning and Design, Construction Supervision and Project Management including preparation of detailed engineering designs and drawings. He has extensively worked the areas of Highway Design, Alignment Selection, Pavement Design, and Pavement Evaluation for various projects funded by NHAI, state PWD and international funding agencies like the World Bank, Asian Development Bank etc. He has been extensively involved in Technical feasibility, Prioritization studies, preparation of detailed engineering design for major highways and expressways in India, Canada, Ethiopia, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. He has worked on several BOT projects with most of major entrepreneurs in India and extensively worked on value engineering aspects. Successfully lead the teams preparing DPRs and BOT designs for several NH projects and also worked with several Contractors in bid pre-bid and post bid assistance for BOT projects.

Raghuram Krishna

Mr. Raghuram holds a Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with more than 20 years of experience in design of bridges, ROB’s, and Other Structures He has extensively worked the areas of, Bridge Design, He has been extensively involved in Technical feasibility, Construction methodology and preparation of detailed engineering design for major bridges, ROB’s, Interchanges flyovers etc. He is also well conversant with latest design software like STAAD, MIDAS etc. He was involved in several projects consisting of preparation of detailed engineering designs and drawings including Staging / Scaffolding designs, Steel composite bridges. He has also worked with several Contractors in pre-bid assistance for BOT projects involving carrying out the value engineering/optimal designs for various structures in the project corridor. He has got working experience in Ireland and USA countries other than India.

Srinivasa Rao
Executive Director

Mr.  Srinivas holds a Master’s Degree in Transportation Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur.  He has more than 20 yrs of experience in the preparation of Feasibility, Preliminary and Detailed Project Reports for National & State Highway Projects and worked on the aspects of carrying out/coordination of field surveys, alignment selection, highway and pavement design, value engineering, costing and preparation of documents. He has also worked with several Contractors in bid pre-bid assistance for BOT projects involving carrying out the value engineering/optimal designs for several elements of project. He has got working experience in Ethiopia and Sri Lanka countries other than India.

Kalva Kiran
Director

Mr.Kiran holds a Masters’s Degree in Transportation Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad. He has over 16 years of rich experience completely in Highway Sector with vast exposure in Highway Construction as well as Supervision projects in the capacities of Planning Engineer, Highway Engineer, Quantity Surveyor and in Bidding Team. He was extensively worked in execution of various National Highway and State Highway projects from the position of Contractor, Consultants and  as well as Concessionaire point of view for various Projects funded by World Bank, ADB and PPP projects like DBFOT, BOT (Toll) And BOT (Annuity). He is having rich experience and exposure in providing Pre Bid Engineering services for Highway Projects under PPP funding with various Concessionaires.

Sadanandam
Director

Mr. Sadanandam holds a Master’s Degree in Transportation Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur.  Sadanandam has 14 years of integrated experience in pavement design, Materials engineering and highway design and management. He has been involved in a number of international donor (i.e., ADB & World Bank) projects. He has been extensively involved in Technical feasibility, Prioritization studies, preparation of detailed engineering design for major highways and expressways in India and Sri Lanka and data collection projects in Zambia. He is having rich experience in consultancy services for all DBFOT Projects at Pre-Tendering stage and post tendering stage.

Suresh
Director

Mr. Suresh holds a Master’s Degree in Transportation Engineering from IIT - Kharagpur. Suresh has 14 years of total experience and 11 years of rich and relevant experience in the fields of Highway Engineering, Planning and Design, Pavement Engineering, and Project Management including preparation of detailed engineering designs and drawings. He is conversant with the current Highway Design practices (IRC, UK DMRB, NRA DMRB, and AASTHO) and pavement design philosophies and maintenance practices. He is one of the authors of “IRC: 58-2011 - Design of plain jointed rigid pavements for highways”. He has thorough knowledge on usage of latest highway design software like MX Roads and SOFTDESK LDD. He has got working experience in Ireland other than India.

Vidya Sagar
Associate Director

Mr. Vidya Sagar holds a Master’s Degree in Transportation Engineering from REC Warangal and having professional experience of 12 years in Highway construction supervision projects. His domain of expertise includes Roads, Bridges & Quantity Surveying. Involved in the field of construction of National Highways and State Highways including Bridges. He has extensive experience in estimation of project cost and preparation of BOQs, rate analysis, processing IPCs of the contractors, preparing variation orders, handling EOT cases, rate analysis of extra items, contract correspondences and documentation.

Phani Bhushan
Chief General Manager

Mr. Phani Bhushan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and has rich 14 years of Professional experience in construction & supervision of structural works in State Highway / National Highway projects. He has handled all types of structures such as RoB, RUB, Flyovers, and R.C.C & P.S.C Major & Minor Bridges with Box girder type, T-girder type, voided, solid slab including cast-in-situ and pre-cast girders with launching, lower, side shifting of PSC girders type superstructure with Pile, open & well foundations, underpasses, CD works, and Return, Retaining walls. He also has rich experience in quantity and cost estimation, analysis of rates, preparation of running/finial bill. He has through knowledge in MORT&H Specifications & relevant I.R.C & I.S codes using optimum utilization of resources with modern technology and machinery.

Sahoo
Chief General Manager

Mr. Sahoo holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering. Sahoo has excellent experience over 12 years in organizing and management of material testing laboratory for various highway projects. He has got experience in collection of sub soil and construction material samples, testing of material, analysis of results and preparation of test reports. He has been associated with calibration of lab apparatus like compression-testing machine, proving ring, dial thermometers and Apollo as well as hot mix plants and WMM plant.

Swapan Kumar Jana
Chief General Manager (F&A)

Mr. Jana holds Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and having 14 years rich experience in Engineering consultancy Services and 4 years in a Manufacturing company. He has 4 years of rich experience of working in a fortune 500 company. He is well versed in  carrying out corporate accounts and financial obligations on day to day basis which includes Salary accounts, TDS - Contractor, Rent & Professionals, Invoicing to clients, Service tax, Banking works & reconciliation, Professional Tax, in multi currency environment. His experience also includes Compiling Auditor’s reports – Internal Audit and Statutory Audit, Finalizing Accounts - Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheet. He has handled various legal aspects related service tax, professional tax, provident fund, income tax and inward & outward remittance etc. He is also involved into other commercial activities as required by the Company.
